Support For Professionals + Organizations
When we support the adults, they can support the children.
Consultation, training, and reflective supervision for schools, childcare programs, pediatric teams, and community organizations.
Helping teams see the whole child
Supporting a child also means looking at the adults, relationships, expectations, environments, and systems surrounding them. Together, we can identify what is creating disconnection and what changes may make participation, belonging, and growth more accessible.
I partner with educators, clinicians, teams, and organizations to think through individual children, complex cases, professional development, or broader program practices.
That might mean focusing closely on one child in a classroom, helping a team think through a complex case, providing professional development, or working with leadership to strengthen practices across an organization.
My experience across clinical, educational, and early childhood settings helps me see the bigger picture while staying grounded in the realities teams navigate every day.
